Luxara 214-32 FG Xanthan Gum is an off-white, food-grade xanthan gum powder produced by the controlled fermentation of a carbohydrate using strains of Xanthomonas campestris. It is designed to deliver excellent viscosity, stability, and mouthfeel across a wide range of food applications.

The product can be used alone or in combination with other hydrocolloids to create stable, viscous systems with consistent texture. Luxara 214-32 FG Xanthan Gum is typically used at levels of 0.05–0.5% w/w and is suitable for applications including ice creams, sauces, marinades, and other formulated foods where suspension stability and controlled flow behaviour are required.

Reprocessed and packed in the United Kingdom using xanthan gum sourced from China, Luxara 214-32 FG Xanthan Gum is manufactured in accordance with current UK and EU food legislation and stringent food safety and quality standards. The product is suitable for vegetarians, vegans, coeliacs, lactose-intolerant consumers, and nut allergy sufferers, and is certified Halal and Kosher (Pareve, non-Passover). It is non-GMO, non-irradiated, and does not contain or utilise nanotechnology.

Luxara 214-32 FG Xanthan Gum is supplied in 25 kg food-grade packaging and has a shelf life of 24 months when stored in unopened, undamaged packaging in a cool, dry environment below 25 °C.
