It is ideal for filling, decorating, and layering desserts, providing a rich pistachio flavour and smooth, creamy texture.

At 20 °C, the cream presents a viscous, homogeneous mass with a natural green colour and a characteristic pistachio aroma and taste. With 18% pistachio paste, this version delivers an intensified nutty flavour, and the dosage can be adjusted depending on the final product recipe.

Formulated with sugar, vegetable oils (rapeseed, sunflower), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), caramelized sugar, iodized salt, natural colourings (copper complexes of chlorophyllins, lutein, plain caramel), and flavours, the cream ensures stability, smoothness, and easy handling in cold and semi-frozen applications.

Nutritionally, per 100 g, it provides 559.2 kcal, 35.4 g fat (3.9 g saturated), 51.2 g carbohydrate (49.2 g sugars), 8.0 g protein, 1.5 g fiber, and 0.40 g salt. Microbiologically, it meets professional standards with Enterobacteria max. 100 cfu/g and Yeasts and moulds max. 10⁵ cfu/g.
