Peanut flavouring paste is a concentrated ingredient developed for the food industry, intended exclusively for food manufacturing and not for direct consumption. It is designed for use in ice cream, confectionery, and related dessert applications, providing an intense and characteristic peanut flavour.
At 20 °C, the product has a homogeneous, viscous consistency with a dark brown colour and a typical peanut aroma and taste. Its high concentration allows efficient use, with a recommended dosage of 80–100 g per 1 kg of mix, depending on the desired flavour intensity.
Formulated with peanuts and rapeseed oil, and stabilized with an antioxidant (alpha-tocopherol), the paste ensures good flavour stability and smooth incorporation into various formulations. It meets defined microbiological limits, making it suitable for professional and industrial production.
