remo Soft Mix Strawberry (Art. No. 854215) produced by Expertarom Food Ingredients S.R.L., Sibiu, Romania, is a powdered base for preparing strawberry-flavoured soft ice cream or gelato. The product is designed for professional use in the food industry and is not intended for direct consumption.
The recommended preparation is 2 kg of mix combined with 4 litres of water or milk (3.5% fat). The mixture can be processed using soft ice cream machines or gelato equipment, producing a creamy strawberry-flavoured frozen dessert.
The formulation contains sugar, coconut vegetable fat, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, glucose syrup, and whole milk powder. It also includes emulsifiers (acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, and sucrose esters of fatty acids) and stabilisers (guar gum and sodium carboxymethylcellulose).
