HANDLING AND STORAGE
Handling: Use in accordance with good occupational hygiene and manufacturing procedures.
Packaging: Packed in food grade PEHD 5L jerry cans containing 6Kgs of product.
Optimum storage: Keep in original closed packaging and store in cool (around 15oC or less) in dark, dry, ventilated conditions.
Shelf life: Under the above conditions this product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
TAS Group guarantees a minimum 75% of this shelf life on delivery. Once opened, to maintain best product quality, store under above recommended conditions and minimise exposure to air. TAS Group cannot guarantee product shelf life once packaging is opened.
PHYSICAL and SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
Appearance: Viscous opaque yellow syrup.
Aroma & Taste: Characteristic sweet citrus lemon, complies with TAS Group standard.
