607-104 Dairylux 104 is combined emulsifier and hydrocollid system developed for use in sorbet and sherbet applications.

Usage              :   Blend with Sugar and add to the mix stirring continuously

                 

Shelf Life

 

Minimum 24 months when stored in unopened packaging in a cool, dry place.
