Carrier solvents: mono Propylene Glycol.
Flavouring ingredients: Flavouring Substances, Flavouring Preparations.
Other additives: Colour: Tartrazine E102 (1.25%) may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children, Xanthan Gum, Acidulant: Citric Acid, Preservatives: Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate.
Other information: Lemon Compound CF10025 is a concentrated preparation intended for use in a range of food products. Not for consumption undiluted.

HANDLING AND STORAGE
Handling Use in accordance with good occupational hygiene and manufacturing procedures.
Packaging Available in 5L, 25L containers. Other packaging may be available – enquire.
Optimum storage Keep in original closed packaging and store in cool (around 15oC or less) in dark, dry, ventilated conditions.
Shelf life: Under the above conditions this product has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture.
TAS Group guarantee a minimum 75% of this shelf life on delivery. Once opened, to maintain best product quality, store under above recommended conditions and minimise exposure to air. TAS Group cannot guarantee product shelf life once packaging is opened.

Appearance: Orange-yellow mobile liquid.
Aroma & Taste: Characteristic sherbet lemon, complies with TAS Group standard.
