It is intended for use in food manufacturing rather than direct consumption and is typically incorporated into cream-based dessert formulations. The recommended dosage is 110–130 kg of product per 500 kg of natural whipped cream.
The formulation includes dextrose, sugar, fructose, gelatin (beef), modified starch, milk protein, salt, and flavouring, providing a stable base for frozen dessert preparations. At 20°C, the product appears as a homogeneous white powder with a neutral smell and taste, allowing it to blend easily with other ingredients and flavourings.
Nutritionally, the product provides 1661.9 kJ / 391 kcal per 100 g, with 0.1 g of fat (less than 0.1 g saturated), 93.9 g of carbohydrates (91.7 g sugars), 0 g of fibre, 3.7 g of protein, and 0.625 g of salt.

Cremo 7 Freddo is supplied in aluminium bags and should be stored in its original unopened packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C, ensuring the bags are properly closed after each use. Under these recommended conditions, the product has a shelf life of 24 months from the production date and should be transported according to standard food safety practices.
