Each container weighs approximately 68 grams, offering a lightweight yet sturdy structure suitable for daily professional use.
Manufactured using precision injection molding, the container ensures consistent quality and performance. It can withstand temperatures up to +70°C for short-term use and remains stable at temperatures down to -18°C for extended storage. Designed for repeated use, it supports up to 125 washes at temperatures of up to 65°C. However, it is not intended for use in freezers below -18°C, blast chillers, convection ovens, microwaves, or sterilization and pasteurization processes.
Fully compliant with EU Regulations 10/2011 and 1935/2004, as well as Italian food safety legislation, the container is suitable for contact with all food types. A declaration of conformity is available upon request.
For efficient logistics and storage, the containers are supplied in boxes of 50 pieces, divided into two bags of 25. Each pallet contains 36 boxes, totaling 1,800 containers, ensuring practical handling and streamlined distribution for bakeries, pastry shops, catering services, and food production environments.
