607-103 DairyLux Sorbet is a blended stabiliser system suitable for all types of sorbet.


Description : Off white creamy free flowing crystals with neutral odour and taste.

Dosage       :    0.5 - 0.55%       

Usage         : Dry mix the stabiliser with sugar and pasteurise


Shelf Life


Minimum 24 months when stored in unopened packaging in a cool, dry place.
